Actually it is a booming start because by my simple grade school arithmetic that’s 8 times your initial buy in.
I have to tell you I’m very impressed and that seems like wisdom beyond what a 17 year old should have as a poker player.
In all the literature I’ve read over the years it seems that one problem the older pros and older players have is always being broke.
In closing this I’m going to subscribe to you channel and check in once in awhile to see how you’re doing.
Made a deposit of $10 two weeks ago and I am now up to ~$80. Not really a booming start, but I’m building my roll playing Fifty50’s since they are low variance. It isn’t the fastest way to build that roll, but it is the safest. Once I have grinded up a decent roll I plan on playing regular SNG’s and NL5 and start climbing those stakes.
Ha Ha LOL. Don’t mind me, I’m just an old guy who has nothing better to do than sit around making comments on you tube all day.
If I were a 17 year old youngster like you I’m sure I’d have much better things to do with my time.
By the way do you play poker on the internet and if so how do you do?
If it wasn’t a big deal why would you even remark on what I said? And yes, the foul words was unnecessary but us youngsters just lack a nice vocabulary.
Oh, and by the way I looked at your channel and noted you are 17 years of age, which would explain the use of “pretty damn fucking obvious” in your comment.
I’m 66 and I was raised in a time and a place where people didn’t use that sort of language in everyday use as they do now. But it’s no big deal as that’s just the way people talk in this day and age and I’m kind of sort of used to it by now.
(cont. from previous post) to wise them up and give lessons. In closing I will tell you of an incident I witnessed a long time ago which wouldn’t be tolerated today, thank God.
I was playing in a 3-6 game at the commerce club and caught a flush on the river. The player I beat threw his cards at the dealer and called her a fucking bitch. In closing I wonder 2 things here. I wonder if he is still playing poker and I wonder if you have any friends?
(cont. from previous post) And yes, what I stated is obvious, not only to you but to 98% of the players who play this game because one of the things you find out after you play this game for a few months is there aren’t really very many soft spots. Everybody learns to play this game after a time, either by reading the available books, or by being humiliated into playing better by the sarcasm and criticism of the better players who don’t have enough sense not (cont. last post)
Actually I suspected as much but I was trying to be nice. There are unfortunately a lot of players like you in tournaments and the games and as much as everyone would like to be a winner and make money the game of poker is also supposed to be a game played by ladies and gentlemen who conduct themselves accordingly and one of the things ladies and gentlemen do is avoid the use of sarcasm and profanity in addressing others who are trying to have serious discussions.

(cont. this last post) close to the 500 level where I want to be. The best possible score it 591. I may hit that some day but if not at least I’m always trying to improve my knowledge.
In closing check in on my you tube channel from time to time for tournament updates. I expect to start playing again soon.
(cont. from previous post) that I do in fact have a losing record in live play and I’m totally honest about that.
In closing I thank you for the genius compliment but even though I’m far from a genius I am working hard to improve my game before I go back to tournament play. I’ve read Harrington on Hold ’em 1, 2, and 3 and I’ve taken the book 3 workbook test 4 times now and am starting on my fifth time. My scores were 371, 379, 475, 491, so I’m getting (cont. last post)
I tried online poker a couple of times as a matter of fact. I didn’t do very well but I’m willing to admit that maybe it was me and I just don’t play very well.
But my big problem with online poker was there were just too many bad beats that just didn’t feel right and I just kind of sort of got that old gut level feeling I was being cheated in some way I couldn’t understand by the technology involved. Now if you check out my you tube channel you will notice (cont. next post)

You’re very welcome. Now if only I played that good as I write I would have it made. I’m like almost everybody else. It’s real easy to see what they do wrong on you tube but when I’m in the middle of a tournament with my tournament life on the line I screw up most of the time too.
In closing check out my you tube channel regarding my tournament record and you will see I’m totally honest about that.
I betcha it’s the only one of it’s kind because everyone else wins or breaks even.
