How Doyle Brunson Disgraced his Judges

How can Doyle Brunson put his life on bet because of poker? This is a question a lot of people are asking about this man who is considered as one of the biggest gamblers in this world. Most of us read newspapers and blog and do not see our names smeared on mud but this two-time WSOP World Champion saw it when the article CinemaBlend by Mack Rawden’s article “100 Most Likely People to Die in 2009”. This brings us to writers who write on people without researching because placing Brunson in 16th position with a ten percent chance to die from obesity means that Rawden did not do his home work about Brunson well. And when he read this blog, he placed his life on poker bet.

The first that Rawden did not realize was that Brunson had shredded 130 pounds in the past five years. However, this wrong assessment of a man who is above 75 years did not start with Rawden because once upon a time, Brunson was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in his throat and the doctors has stated that his prognosis was grave in the early 60’s. And he is still kicking like a baby every morning as “Godfather of Poker.” of course he is because he is the most accomplished poker player since the inception of poker.

This is the reason why anybody trying to pass judgment on Doyle Brunson should have a rethink. This grandfather knows nothing more riskier than poker. This is why he is willing to give up his life because he fully understand the risks and the glory in daring people and also winning them at the end. Today, there is nothing else for him to gamble with as his most precious gift; life has been gambled over a work that is written on a blog.
